Mofongo

A fried plantain-based dish from Puerto Rico. It is made with fried green plantains mashed together in our old fashioned pilón (which is a wooden mortar and pestle), with a subtle blend of cilantro, fresh garlic, recao olive oil infused butter. Your choice of Churrasco (Beef Skirt), Conch, Shrimp,  Octopus or Mix!
